Oh I got a promo in the mail that gave me a free $20 deposit it also said no other deposit required and I’ve downloaded the app and I could not find where to add the $20 deposit and the online chat I tried a few times and nobody was there to chat with

Playing is easy, but collecting money back through check takes forever.

Location support, iOS 11 compatibility, etc. all lacking.

I have problems placing a bet sometimes and I miss out on huge games. And when it finally start working my initial bet no longer be available smh highly upset was considering not betting on FanDuel anymore.

The app started out great in the beginning with the layout of the app. After that they have issues verifying location and most importantly the app crashing when big games are on. This is the time most people want to bet and they cannot satisfy the majority of their customers. All of my friends around the general area experience the issue as well. I am switching to DraftKings as through other people’s experience they do not have this issue. I don’t recommend this app if you want to be able to bet on a large football game like a playoff game. If not it’s the app for you.

Ive never used an app that errors out as much as this one!

On a frequent and recurring basis I’m unable to login. The requests time out or the app just repeatedly recycles the login screen. Needs to be fixed.

Starts glitching when I start winning

Lately the app is always crashing and takes 10 minutes to load in to check your bets. Even worse when there is a lot of games going on.
