I had a problem with my password and could not reset it. I contacted Customer Service via email and chat. (I was unable to speak to a live person, despite multiple attempts.) Multiple customer service reps were not able to email me the reset link. I did receive emails from them saying that they sent the link; so, I know they could email me and my email account was functioning problem. Eventually, I closed my account via Lice Chat because they could not provide me with any way to reconnect to my account. We’ll see how long it takes to get the check... Very disappointing, because I did like their interface.

Site crashes on sundays around 4 pm costing gamblers a lot of money when they can’t get bets in after they lose at 1pm

You have enter your passcode every tome you log in.(“remember me” and Face ID don’t work)
Depositing money sometimes just doesn’t work. It just won’t take a card that I already used before.
The tops and bottom of the app don’t work well worth the iPhone 11. You have to swipe up or down multiple times before the app will let you check your notifications or go to your home screen.
Trying to activate some promotions will take you out of the app, to the website, and the website tells you to download the app to get the promotion.
When going to “more wagers” during a live bet it only shows the score. It should have at least the time left in the game. A game cast would be best.
