Username - twistkill On 29th May, I deposited 10k Rs around 10:50am from my SBI bank account. Transaction went through but it was not reflecting in my Betway account. Then I contacted them and they said that your money will be in your account in 7-10 days. I thought that it's fine and let's do another transaction. Again I made a transaction of 20k Rs on same day around 12:27pm, again money deducted and not reflecting in my betway account. Now I am not sure what to do as after seeing so many negative reviews about the same events happened to so many players. Chances of getting my money back seems slim with fake promises from Betway representatives.

Now I am forget my money 3500 from betway.. my money deduct from my account but not updated Betway account. then I asked too many times to send back after they did my account self excluded. Still 25 days money not come yet bloddy **** betway

The airpay payment, Have made the day payment on the last ofi of sri lanka and bangladesh made 3payment 1.1000inr 2.3000 3.2500 1st and second payment got in my account after the rate which i wanted was gone after 2hours of depositing through airpay And last 3rd of 2500inr payment was told to me by the agent its with the merchant you will get back in 2-3business working day it 6-7 buisness working day gone but i didn’t received any payment of 2500inr And today ireland v netherland deposited 1555inr its been more than hour still didn’t get it in my account hence the match is about to finish i am sitting like fool checking my app continuously to see that did i got the payment in my betway account. Total 2500+1555=4055inr is stuck with them Are you guys rolling our money in market or what using it and returnjng back after long time i guess betway have become loss making company And coming to the point Customer service Hahahahahahaha Worst service then any new venture opening their company i guess they will Provide fast srvice comapred to betway you guys are will take this company down if this is the situation “Pathetic” cannot decribe with this word also if somthing worst is there that is betway. Now this is what you call a reputable online casino! My experience with Betway has been exceptional from the very beginning. They’ve got all my favourite live games and slots, The verification process was quick and the team is honest and efficient; i had a withdrawal that was stuck pending for 42hrs and they said they’ll sort it out and less than two hours later the money was in my account. Recently I deposited some money using upi(airpay gateway) and the money was paid to them/Airpay but betway showed transaction unsuccessful. I really don't know what to do now as the deposit failure should be resolved by betway and their payment gateway but they are blaming it on the bank. when I contacted them they said money will be reflected back into bank account in 3-5 business days but I didn't get my till now(7 days) Useful Share

Not even 1star that's a compliment. I wouldn't bet with this company bad customer service I placed a bet incorrectly my keypad started playing up recentlymy and placed the bet without me. I immediately contacted customer service they're they're response was the bets already settled. But I contacted them before it was settled. They didn't say anything else. Don't you dare touch this site absolute rubbish not worth a single penny absolutely ridiculous

They literally stole 30 dollars from me. Bet 30 dollars on their blackjack game. Push. Didn’t get the money back. Complete scam stay away fro this site.

Worst online site.. almost 50% of transaction die midway taking money from customer account and betway hold customer money for 14 days.. as per rule in India such transactions must return in 2 days. Guys if you are reading this review.. my suggestion is go to RBI OR YOUR BANK WEBSITE and raise complaint against these guys.. more we raise they will eventually block these scammers. On 8th May: 5 transaction died and took 2.9lac from my account.. nothing back till now
