THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY. I created an account with betway today and while inputting my user information, the name got filed with my nickname that i usually go by. Rest of the information is the same as my government issued ID. I then try to withdraw my money and I haven't even made any bets yet but it won't ket me. I contacted betway support and provided them with all the documents they needed, an explanation about what happened and even a video recording of me confirming my identity yet they are still saying my identity cannot be confirmed. This is utter nonsense and they are trying to steal my money!

Stay well clear absolute scammers had my account for less than a day made a couple of deposits all fine then as soon as made a 3rd deposit they closed my account with my money in it. Emails aren't monitored, phone lines not in use eventually got through via Facebook and they've had to escalate it to get a manual withdrawal authorised! Seriously you took my money dont care about account being closed just give me money back absolute fraudsters! Dont use whatever you do. All this after they advised my account had been verified!

They told me that I will receive it within 7-15 working days. Today May 20th still I didn't receive it. I have contacted them many times. They asked for my statement, transaction number. They said it will take 3 days to review. I have contacted them after 3 days and they said contact after 48hrs and again I have contacted them after 48hrs. Again they told me to give us some time. We didn't get any feedback for the escalation. Look, how they're being irresponsible. They won't even give you the status of our issue. By contacting them every time I am wasting 1-1.5hrs of waiting time. Such a worst app. I don't know whether I receive my money or not. But I am warning you guys. Stay away from them.

Worst experience i have had won some money and i am still waiting for it been fobbed of a few times saying they cannot use my card to pay money into my bank even though they can take deposits from Been asked to try paypal so setup account with paypal request a cash payment from betway still nothing at my wits end with these

They rub my money bet refuse like for 300$ at least and the bet was never played don’t go there

The best betting site ever! They verified me in one day and paid me all my winnings in one day as well. I couldn't believe myself when I saw the message from the bank. All the bad reviews worried me but now I just don't understand what those are about. Betway has been nothing but good, fair and on time to me.

Wagered amount on betting scheme and didn't receive free bet. Customer services kept me on for about 1 hour and took forever to get back to me. I think there KPIs are based on the amount of online time used helping clients. This staff really take the mick
