Betfair still don't have the MLS Toronto game on Exchange. FDD going to have to run the process without that game it is unlikely we will be able to include it now if it does appear later.

Horrible, unethical and scammers. SAVE your money. The cards are predetermined on blackjack, and the card value is shown before the card is even flipped over. Terrible customer service and constantly has delays to mess up your bet and takes your money. Trust me.. do not do it.

The worst possible customer support on issue that their promotion is not honored. They transfer you from agent to agent and make you wait for about 3 hours with no solution.

Betfair are deliberately withholding your money for 2 to 5 days so they making money on your money. every other online site pay your money on day. when you approach them about it they terminate your chat. where is the gambling commision or trading standards as they are in breach of there terms of transfer. state 2 payments upto 500 on a day not no paymnets

On numerous occasions I've had profitable trades either voided or re-settled at a loss later on that day/following day. Promotions show up on on the home-page only for me to click on and be told I'm not eligible for said promotion... Customer Service is abysmal - a complete waste of time and effort. As is signing up to Betfair itself. I highly regret doing so and advise anyone reading this who hasn't done so to avoid them. I have now closed my account.

Cashed out early on a game first 2 mins as I put the wrong bet down, lost the whole bet. Not a straightforward website won't be using this again, just a scam.

After finding my account was closed for 'management reasons' I complained and after a few emails managed to get half my money back - but no real explanation. So I complained further and asked for more details. I managed to get someone telling me that my account was looked at and it was deemed appropriate to close it and the money kept. I then asked for, in line with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for copies of every single piece of information they had in regard to the decision made to close my account and retain the money. My account was restored within 20 minutes and all money returned with apologies for the problems caused. After withdrawing the money - I then chose to close my account! Please do the same. The number of people this dreadful company are ripping off is ridiculous. I hope you get some resolution to your issues. Unfortunately GDPR only applies to Europe (I know people in Australia are having huge problems too).

Account has now been closed for ten days for no apparent reason. They asked me to upload numerous personal and private information to verify an account I’ve had for 15 years! You cannot speak to anybody, you have to use the Betfair chat or tweet but will not get anything resolved as it ‘is with another department’ you can of course not talk to the other department. I’m absolutely shocked at the contempt they have for customers and as soon as I can get access to my account I’ll be removing my cash and going elsewhere.

I honestly don’t know where to start with a company that in the past was a flagship and had the world of exchange betting at its feet. During the past few years I have witnessed the company go down hill so quickly in all Depts I. e customer service is so far behind the times that it is like trying to converse with someone on dial up internet from the 80s... the staff on the customer Online service msg have obviously been trained in the art of robotic answer and reply who some how come across as individuals who either possess low intelligence or scared of losing there job. So for the time being I am out. Good bye Betfair.

Absolutely pathetic, no phone no to contact, thru chat takes ages even then they don't resolve any issues. My account has been closed for security reasons ( fair enough) but unfair and unprofessional as no prior notification was sent, at the same time there are open bets on exchange which they are not even telling me what's happening to those bets as on exchange they can't avoid bets. All I could hear thru message services is that manager will get back to you thru email, in short they don't give. And have been doing what ever they want to do. May be because I was on 2% commission they can't take it. If I have had the option I would give them 0 star.
