Honestly don't know how this company still exists, absolute con merchants, everything about the site is rigged, im well aware that betting is all about chance but these are just thieves, one example you play slingo 20p stakes loads of wins, you up your stakes to a pound you will be lucky to get one line, staff are utter cr

Betfair website, or at least the phone App, is down. That always happens when I've just won. @Betfair

Actually I was a big fan of betfair from almost the beginning. I had an account here since 2005-2006. Two years ago they suspended my account without notification. I have asked them about the reasons both via live chat, e-mail and twitter but they were not able to clarify the reasons. I think they are far way away from a reliable, trustful company.

constantly stealing off customers and not paying withdrawls lost two diffirent withdrawls one of £200 and now one of £300 little money since im betting 6o. ooo a year but trust me these guys are in fact scamming punters stealing withdrawls boss is work shy allows theft on the site by finance dpt.. they put the onus firmly on the punter to prove they have short changed you if you have been scammed like me i wouldnt bother about the money im just taking my business elsewhere there thieves who cover there backs with proof of income excuses and get letters proving we have scammed you no time for there nonsense im off!

Thieves, Not a bitter man in any way shape or form. I’ve used Betfair for years and now it’s done, they’ve lost a £200 withdrawal, I know it’s not the biggest amount compared to some people but 9 days now and when you message them via the app they keep acknowledging they can see it but tell me to wait for an email update. I keep messaging them via the app daily and they keep telling me to be patient and wait for the email update.. I’m absolutely fuming with them and it’s clear you run the risk of not getting your funds down the 2-5 days route. I’ve made hundreds of transactions without this type of issue but 9 days and an admission it should be in my account and still no sign of the funds is not acceptable at all.. be very careful, I’ve had plenty of days where I’ve converted £100 into 2k and now I wouldn’t risk it with Betfair.

@Betfair can’t cash out bets as site is not working on app or internet. Costing me over £200 as I was about to cash out and crashed! Not acceptable at all.

Total scam on the games... do not even try them.. they are fixed... I have used them over a year.. it is stated they pay out over 90% yet I have invested over £10k over a year and lost £8k... which is more like 20%... The way they con you is that 90% of wins paid out are LESS than the stake... so you will get loads of wins at this lower than stake value which they somehow class as wins.! Betfair should be made to pay out the difference of any losses less than 90%.. but you can be sure unless someone wins a court case against them they will keep on taking.. my advice is steer well clear or like anyone I know who has used the games.. you will lose big time!

I put three bets on for the Northern independence party to win hartlepool. Just because they were such good pay off odds. On the 8th of April the party failed to register so didn't even run. Betfair refused to give my stake back saying that a none runner is the same as a loser. Which is incorrect they offered me 15 pound in my account. I said I'm not happy I'm going to make a video about this and they said fine. Will never use netfair again and I would advise other people to stay away from these crooks.
