I got permanently banned for "incorrect details", after talking to support which took hours mind you, they informed me that I filled out something that permanently banned me with no chance of re-appeal. I'm 19 and eligible to gamble in my province so I have no clue what could've possibly led to me being suspended indefinitely.

Complete rip off, forget about your £50 free bonus bets, they will cancel your account without explanation, try a decent bookie ( check out customer review sites) the day bet365 bites the dust will be a happy day for 10000, s of punters ( in my humble opinion)

It consistently offers better odds particularly if taking a extra place on an ew bet. Offers occur more often. I had an account with Unibet which was awful and I closed it within a week. I had used their introductory free bet credits and won a couple of times but it never changed into "real money". I was told by them that I had to play (bet) 50 times before it became real winnings.
