Just registered a new account after 6 or 7 years of not playing here. I was able to deposit $500 from my RBC account, but I can't access the games after depositing lmfao! And when I wanted to make a withdrawal instead, it says I need to create a new email address as my existing email is not accepted LMFAO! Really? I tried but still it is not working! You guys were able to receive my deposit! I checked my bank account and it was already debited! UPDATE: After 1 week, I still go round and round exchanging emails with several different people. I finally decided to just close my account and they rather give my initial deposit back, as simple as that! But after after another 4-5 email exchanges, they just keep asking me questions and still no development as of yet. If these guys do not return my money soon, I will be going to the radio and this company will be on the news all over. Pathetic!
