What the? I just won a hand in poker but the pot went ti another person by mistake

Bet of a football full time result. The team won but as I bet full time and not result, meaning after extra time, they wouldn't pay out. Complained, but with no response i closed account. Will take my business elsewhere. August 10, 2022

Terrible site, would not recommend. Decided to permanently ban me after one week of tennis betting. I had significant funds still in the account and they're saying the can't withdraw it to my credit card, when every other sports book I've used can do this. They are a bunch of scam artists. They do have good live betting so its unfortunate that they have horrific customer service and internal policies. August 09, 2022

Don’t use Bet 365 App! I used Bet 365 and would trade large amounts of money between £1-£500 each individual bet. I had won a bet which left my account with £486.10. Upon selecting a new bet I had been promoted with a value of £486.10 already set up to place bet. I had selected the value on the app with the intention to change it to £150. Before I could change the value the bet had placed and had unfortunately lost within 1-2 minutes not allowing me the time to retract my bet. If I had retracted and cashed out then I would have immediately lost around £100. This glitch in the app had happened a few times previous log but for much smaller sums of money so was less important to me. I informed Bet 365 who told me that they would not even look into this case as all bets are taken and they take no responsibility for any issues that may have resulted from this.

All I can think is that they aim to entice people in with an offer they have no intention of honouring and then hope that those same people stay on betting with them despite being scammed.
