The only explanation I had was "This decision was made following careful consideration by our trading team". Sometime ago, one month before this, they asked to install an application to verify the location (as if the browser can not do this by itself). Now I even suspect that this app is also used to spy. I don't know, but I suspect. So, if you intend to win relatively important amounts of money, I don't think you will be able to. Otherwise it's OK.
