Hi i had a bet365 account for 5 years. Username mkapil365. Till the time i was loosing they were okay, but when in 5th year i started winning multiple bets n high odds they closed my account. Honestly, there is a reason these guys are the biggest bookies. Because their customer service is spot on. Made a mistake for an offer than would have disqualified me even though I placed exactly the right bet, they still let me qualify as it was a genuine mistake. Many sites wouldn't allow that. My account has been suspended for over two months and I've seen a huge increase in profits due to using other sites that reward customer loyalty rather than seek to punish or restrict it. I've also discovered that I can watch live events on these other sites without receiving uninvited and intrusive phone calls.
