Can't get my money out. I won some money and wanted to withdraw a little just to see if I could... I deposited it with credit card but they refuse to put it back on it. They insist I share my full bank account details, which would give them full access to my money. Other than that they will keep my money. That said, the website is great. Extremely poor customer service. My whole story with this company is that I originally liked it very much, spent around 50.000-100.000k over the course of 2-3 years than I decided I need a break so I took 1 year off, I returned everything was fine but then I wanted to change the currency of my account so I contacted customer service and they told me to make a new account, so I did as I was told and went through the whole validating identity process, however to my surprise a person from customer service told me that the company has made a decision to let me gamble on their website and that was it, no explanation, I asked many times what was the reason for this and all I got is - It is a company decision. To say the very least I am appalled and would not recommend to anybody to open an account there because one day the company may say that they no longer require your business and that's it, no explanation. Placed a few bets with them and made an enquiry with their customer service team as to how to qualify for loyalty bonuses. Curt customer service agent told me they only comp who they want to and not against revenue like other sites like Skybet who comp players £5 for every week they place £25 or more in bets. Flat out refused to discuss what metrics they do use for comping players too. Pretty arrogant bunch who clearly don't value customer loyalty. I'd head to Betfair Exchange or Skybet rather than waste time with this lot. March 31, 2021

I have other accounts and this is the worst, I will soon delete my account. In comparison with the others it’s complex and confusing, you can’t see all your bets in one section, your betting history is not available, or at least I couldn’t find it. The price bet drift guarantee is the only plus. The withdrawal time in Australia is a long 3 day wait. Fortunately I’m a winner and I’m quitting before I have a ***** experience, this site gives me a feeling of dread. Sportsbet and Ladbrokes are far superior with service, promotions and simplicity. Bet 365 don’t use this betting site they rip you off even when you win put £50 on a 9/1 it won should have got £500 back but said it was late witch is impossible with dog racing soon as the race goes off you can’t put a bet on when betting on line they are just out to rob you like they did me will never use them again good luck if you do your gonna need it shocking how they have not been shut down

Even though I have lost a lot of money on this site, Bet365 are the only bookmaker to gamble with. They allow winners to stay on the platform and don't restrict stakes very often compared to to there compettitors. If you are a serious sports better, I would only recommend bet365. I didn't think I would ever complain since I've been using bet365 for years. Obviously, they have changed dramatically and are acting like a typical scam organization now. I keep fighting for my money, requested for withdrawal back in 2020. Guys, don't try to make a deposit here! In case of errors on the site, they steal your money and do not return it. They say that nothing happened and they do not understand what it is about. I placed a bet on the match and decided to cash out. It was available and I saw the cashout amount. I used it before and everything was ok. But as I put a large amount, the cashout button with the amount did not respond to my clicks. I clicked on it over 100 times and there was no reaction. NOTHING happened after clicking. Only the amount available for the cashout and that's it. And when you write to the live chat so that they see the problem, they do not answer!
