I have been using bet365 for a while now. I notice patterns in the algorithm and the hand rotation. This is bad, there should be no patterns in a poker game. Also, today for the first time, my hand was A 4 of diamonds, then within a blink of an eye. It changed to 96off suit. I contacted Bet 365 they told me next time take a screenshot, as if I'm supposed to just know the next time this happens. Horrible service and very fishy algorithm. I guess this is why the CEO made 469 million in a year.. April 09, 2021

the games/casino is for sure rigged, i use bet365 for the football, if i win i try some slots, in 3 years of puttin gin 20 pounds and 30 pounds once a month? i have never ever got a win, never not once, its completely rigged, how they are allowed to do this is beyond me, a woman in asda did 2 years for stealing a toothbrush. and they can literally rob millions per day and nothiung hapens. I wish to make a formal complaint about your ‘customer service’ surrounding my inability to register an account with you. I signed up today, and before I was able to even browse your site, at 13:06:22 I clicked deposit £100, then was presented with an error 'for sec reasons we have logged you out... ' (see pic 1 on attachment). The error code was I: M:002SP1-09/04/2021 13:06:22I spent some time trying to log in to log in, but your systems didn’t recognise my credentials (pic2) despite the fact I’m clearly able to see that you have my email address (pic3, attached) and that you have my username, with I suspect, all my personal information. I went onto chat and discussed with Samantha F. She advised ‘Your account has been closed as a trading decision. Our trading dept. regularly reviews customers’ accounts and sometimes conclude that they do not wish to accept a customer’s business. ’ I explained this made no sense as I’m not even a current customer, that I haven’t even browsed the site or placed a bet, let alone do anything untoward. She reiterated her copy+paste generic reply and advised she was a team leader. I stated I was unhappy and asked to escalate. She escalated to a ‘supervisor’ names Simon F who reiterated the same nonsense Samantha did. I asked what it was in particular and he stated a decision from the Trading team. I asked to escalate to them but he stated they were not customer facing. After leaving me to speculate he reiterated the generic reply and before I could state my losses here and ask for further action, in a uniquely cowardly way, ended the chat before I could type my sentence. I have never seen this type of spineless behaviour, especially from a ‘supervisor’ in all my life. In short, your service is utterly disgusting. Never in my life have I been declined the ability to sign up to any site, and blocked before I could even complete sign up. I can only speculate that there may be some kind of untoward behaviour at your end, as you did everything you could to shield your ‘reasoning’ for preventing me to sign up. Reviewing your terms and conditions, reviewing the section 4 terms relating to suspension and closure. I am unable to see how any of these terms could have applied to me, given I was not granted the ability to even complete signup. Your farcical ‘customer service’ and process has left me deprived of 2 hours of my life, and has caused significant paranoia and distress, STILL with no reason why you would not accept my custom. I wish for to clearly advise me both what exact term and or condition I was in breach of, and why specifically you prevented me opening my account with you. I also wish to submit a DSAR request for all personal information held for me on your systems. I then require you (only after DSAR completion and after I have received the DSAR) to destroy my records and stop processing my personal information, information I only submitted as a condition of joining your site. Please reply confirming my complaint reference and how long you have to investigate before I can raise with the appropriate regulator. Regards, Adam HApril 09, 2021

Dont use this site. Games are rigged and never actually had a withdrawal. They say we will look into this but never actually do then tell you a load of **** and dont repay you for games that dont play out. I'm taken my complaint further and further as they cant get away with thisApril 09, 2021

I wanted to return to this site after a long hiatus. I lost my username so I connected to the live chat, I had answers to the 6 of 8 questions they asked me, the two I didn’t was1. Username2. Last card usedI didn’t know the last two so they refused to tell me my username and then disconnected me from the chat. I still do not have access to my account. What site does not have a forgot username option in 2021? Absolutely appalling. April 09, 2021

Intentionally delays withdrawals so much that its obvious. Made withdrawals on all bookmakers, bet365 was the last to send my funds, by a country mile. Their live chat is full of rude and angry employees. Enjoying the fact I am closing my account and boycotting them. Sticking with the bookies who care. April 06, 2021

Not a fan... I guess i excluded myself YEARS ago, i'm talking 5-10 years and forgot. Signed up for an account, sent in my drivers license, verified in 10 minutes, sent in bank statement, VERIFIED in 10 minutes. Deposit some money and when i go to bet my account says " you are self excluded ".. I'm not even sure if i'll get my money back but you'd think for a company with a CEO as rich as denise they'd have more people look into self exclusion, i understand its my bad i forgot, but it shouldn't take for me to deposit money after having the account for 2 days, sending in documents of my address, for them to realize this.. I just pray i can get my money back now. I feel like they do this so you deposit and they hold it against you and steal your $$. Will update. April 02, 2021
