Had a lot of bugs using the site. Lost money due to an error with the betslip interface. Thought ahh it happens, but I refuse to use the site as it seems there are more errors in the coding. I've got a bet unsettled and the games finished won 3-0, but the website has decided the game hasnt even been played. I've had them change odd's after a bet has been settled. I've had them void a bet after all teams winning. Personally I don't trust bet365 after these experiences. Now they're ignoring their own TOS. Avoid this site. April 25, 2021

Bet365 are scammers, they introduced a bet between my bets while the game was ongoing on the minute 90 I was about to win over £2000 and then I notice there’s a bet placed (not by me), maybe by their computers, it was too late for me to notice, I’m very disappointed. To give them some credit, Bet365 has an excellent screen interface, wide market selection and quick response time. That said, it only welcomes long term losing punters and they will do lots of promotions and incentives to keep them playing. As for, long term winning players, there is none. Bet365 will be onto winning players in a flash. They monitor your every move and if your betting pattern is not of their liking they will restrict your account in an instant. I have been a losing degen punter with Bet365 for many years and my betting account with them has always been very healthy, with lots of promotions and no restrictions. until recently I found a way of having a slight edge over them. It involves a quick in play bet at certain odds and a couple of other factors which I can not disclose. I am not asking you to believe me that I can beat the book maker at their own game, I am just sharing my experience with you on recent events. Using this inplay betting method of mine, I was able to win consistently daily for a couple of weeks. So I decided to teach this method to my sister so she could make some easy cash. She opened a new account with bet365 and after one week of applying this method she accumulated around £1,000 in profit betting at relatively small stakes. It was at this point when her new account was restricted by the trading team with no reasoning. I was thinking how come she has been restricted after winning £1,000 in a week and I have not when I’ve been doing this for longer and I have won much more. The only explanation I can think of for this is because my account has been opened for a long time and I must of lost tens of thousands in the past to them. Not long after restricting my sisters account they were onto me. I was laying off bets on the exchange regularly to try to protect my account from being restricted but it didn’t help much. Bet365 didn’t restrict my account but they discreetly put a time delay onto my account. This time delay makes placing an inplay bet take 5-7seconds longer than usual. Normally it take 5-7seconds to accept an inplay bet, now it was taking me around 10-14seconds. With this delay i am unable to apply my strategy Hence I can not win. I did ask my dad to open a new account for me and everything was working fine but that account was restricted immediately before it could even generate any profit. Even having a strategy which is proven to yield a positive expected value, it is almost impossible to implement with these strict and sly counter measures in place. April 20, 2021

I bet on the Francis Ngannou fight on march 27. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal. I had uploaded my drivers licence before even placing my bet, and it showed my account is verified. After waiting a long time I went to the live chat was then asked to provide additional documents to an email address, which I did. After waiting again I go back only for them to say they didn’t receive the email. I then check the email I sent to and indeed it didn’t send, why? Because they gave me the wrong email. I sent to the exact email provided, only to be given another email to send to. Which I did. Now after requesting a follow up again, I was told to participate in their self exclusion program which is to close your account, once I refused they permanently closed my account, because of concerns about my gambling. Mind you this was the first and only time I’ve ever placed a bet and they can see that. Let’s see if I ever get my money, which is 20 thousand dollars by the way. April 19, 2021

Hello everyone, as I read most of the reviews on here I can tell it's clients from English-speaking countries who mostly had big issues with Bet365. Well, I am from Serbia and it is no secret that they are doing quite criminal activities against their customers over here as well. Let me tell you about my case in short. I have opened the sportsbook acc back in 2017, I lost over 10 thousand euros (even gbp) by betting recreationally for months, then one time I won around 3000 or so betting live and they immediately suspended my account, meaning they locked it and today is April 18 2021, so pretty much exactly 3 years since they did it and guess what - THEY HAVE NOT paid me yet or given the explanation on why they did what they did! So now, over 4 thousand standing locked in there, and God knows how many more cases are like mine out there, and they are just using our own money for their other ongoing expenses or whatnot in the meantime, until we give up and feel like we've had enough and forget about it. But I will not forget. What actions I've done in all this time You wonder? I have contacted their customer service by email, escalated it to various supervisors, etc etc, numerous times, to sum it up their only and unique generic answer is "the account is still under review, when we have more information we'll provide them to you". After 3 years, review, really? I've also contacted the following "authorities" and that is Malta and Gibraltar gaming commissions, and IBAS. Nobody has done a thing to help, not moved their finger even. I will officially state here that I attempted SBR as well but they work tight with Bet365 under their payroll and also do not move fingers. If you guys have had similarly crappy experiences, which I am sure you have, you can contact me and maybe we can together fight for the justice and our rights, file a joint law suit, even money isnt that important, it is about the principle and that is - you can't steal my money and think I will lay dead and forget about it, die, or God knows what. I also contacted Denise Coates and Paul Ryan from head of payments eventhough I know they will never reply, I've sent them official letter containing my case.
