I have complained twice in the last week about the disappearance of live bets, so removing the facility to cash-out. The explanations given are ‘technical issues’. I tried contact customer service for bloody 5 hours but no one responded to my concern. After that my team 2-2 and I lost my winnings, that was Ridiculous at time u could deposit money but no cash out or withdraw money. If anyone had same issue please contact complaint team bet 365 and get final decision in black and white and send it to gambling commission or ombudsman. Because by law they can’t treat us like that. A friend of mine had the same bet on paddy power score 2-1 they gave him cash out £499.00 and I expect the same amount from you due to technical errors and not being able to chat with you. If you are going to use this website for Live betting. Forget about it! Once you place your bets it happens quite often frankly that you cant do cash outs. It says "Sorry this service is temporarily unavailable" i understand if it happens for couple of minutes, but when it happens it does long probably for hours ruining your chances to check your bets and the option of cashing them out. Customer service is awful, was basically accused of being a lying when querying a cashed out bet that had been removed from my account then posted as a lost bet even though it had already been cashed out. Online chat was rude and unhelpful. Asked to close my account and was met with condescending questions will never use bet365 ever again! All over £13.21June 29, 2021

Honestly if I could give this site zero stars I would, I bet on a team winning and after they did it still says I lost, I contacted them and they told me that they had made there own definition of that the end of the game means, basically tricking people to bet on thinking they’re winning, honestly it’s a joke of a site and I will never be using it again, hopefully it gets shut down soon.
