Brutal support. App said "quick deposit failed" 3 times which it didn't and my bank charged me extra fees because of this, not to mention all the other cash out issues during the Euros. Contacted support and after 2 hours and being asked to send screenshots ( which i had ), I was then told I was correct however they wouldn't offer any "Goodwill" for this. Thieves at best, placed a bet on Switzerland vs Spain wanted to cash out in game however due to bet365 technical difficulties I was unable to do this. Gone downhill, something happened lately, would be good if not for the incompetent web team.
