Avoid this company completely. Every time they're looking likely to face a big payout, the cash out conveniently vanishes and they claim it to be a 'technical issue'. Happens far too often for it to be a coincidence. Definitely not trustworthy let alone reliable. July 02, 2021

Same as a lot of other people, placed a £5 bet… MyBets saying “Unavailable”, can’t see if the bet is even placed, doubt it will pay out if it comes through, seems like a scam considering the amount of people saying the same thing. July 02, 2021

Bet365 app my bets disappeared whilst game was in play therefore no option to cash out. Terrible that they take your money no problem but don't like you to cash out. Will be closing account after poor service. Please don't waste your money with this company. July 02, 2021

Do not use... cash out feature very conveniently crashes during big games... this year’s champions league and Europa league finals, and now the Euros too. There are now 270 people in the queue to speak to someone. Utter joke, so much money lost to a broken cash out feature. They will not refund any current bets that are affected while their app is down... but seeing as they are a online betting company only, they need to do better.
