Absolute disgrace! As per all the other reviews, I have not had access to the 'My Bets' button, the cash out scam Bet365 are pulling is disgusting but the issue is not being able tonsee what bets I have even done so are unable to cheer anything on. I closed my account and reccommend everyone doing the same. I tried contacting them via Livechat only to have a pre worded statement sating basically we know but dont care about the issues. While it does say in their terms and conditions for placing bets that the cash out feature is not guaranteed to work as a result of technical issues, their inability to fix the mechanism for the entire Euro championship says a lot about the company's ability to mitigate tech issues while maintaining an ethical perspective on sports gambling. The history feature was also not working so there was literally no controlling any bets you put on which erodes your trustworthiness. July 03, 2021

It's a total disgrace. This was the online sports website where I felt secure playing and believed they were the best; product and experience. I have been playing since ever with them. Lately it's just downhill. Horrible online experience. Constant technical issues which take your money away. Template responses from customer support agents who say they are sorry but cannot do anything as per there T&Cs, that if you loose money due to technical issues (which are now constant), they are not responsible. I placed a bet on the Italy vs Belgium game, i wanted to cash out after 21 minutes as the cash out would have been high and i noticed that "my bets" wasn't available to me and therefore i couldn't cash out, this was right up until the game had finished. This 'technical issue' that they claim it was has happened on multiple occasions and i have made them aware as i have the screenshots of proof that this have happened many of times, therefore this 'technical issue' should have been fixed a long time ago. I made them aware via live chat and email and they replied saying they're not offering any goodwill for this, as they claim the 'technical issues' is not their fault. I have never heard anything more ridiculous in all my life! How can a company state that they're not at fault for their own 'technical issues' is beyond me. July 03, 2021

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! After placing a bet on the euros I then was unable to go to my bets and not cash out which I would have won money on. Tried for the duration of the game still with no luck. Spent twenty minutes in a queue trying to talk to online advisor only to be told there will be no compensation and no guarantee that this won’t happen again. Will def not be using. July 03, 2021

I have been using Bet365 for a number of years now, but I have to say throughout the last 3 weeks, during the EURO 2020 tournament, I have had to ditch them for good! All throughout the tournament they have been "experiencing technical issues" and therefore made it impossible to Cash Out during important matches and also customers not even being able to view their own bets for large periods of time. I have spent countless hours on Live Chat chatting to one their team, only to be told there is nothing they can do about it and "at this time, we cannot provide any goodwill for this problem" to which my simply reply was "On that note then, you have lost a customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere. " And that is exactly what I have done, I instantly signed up with Boyle Sports and have vowed never to stake money with Bet365 ever again. I also searched Bet365 on twitter last night and found that every single tweet that contained @bet365 was a message explaining how bad the customer service was throughout the Bet365 company, which solidifies my intention to no longer have anything to do with this company. When I came across this review site, I immediately searched bet365 and I had to laugh at the current rating, 1.5 stars out of 5 seems about right to me! What an absolute shambles Bet365! A V O I D! Cash out option stopped working right before kick of Spain v Switzerland, same again for Belgium v Italy, only for it to start working again shortly after they ended, absolute scam never ever use these again. Please boycott these. July 03, 2021

4 times during the Euro's a sizable cashout option in my favour would have been ordinarily available though as the my bets section is not working the cashout option is suspended. I complained last time and they said read T&Cs bets settled on outcome at 90mins. Absolute extortion, immoral. July 03, 2021

During these issues we are not able to cashout, to know which game we bet and the amount of our bets.
