Bet365 have now begun operating a scam whereby they allow you to place your bets in the hours leading up to major events, then remove your ability to view or cash out your bets before it starts. Happened on yesterdays racing and euro quarter finals then miraculously they resolved the "technical issue" after the football had finished. Fast forward 24hrs and the "technical issue" they had fixed last night is stopping people cashing out again. I would imagine given the obvious pattern to these "technical issues" trading standards will be taking a look at their operations. July 03, 2021

The bet in play and my bets tab dissappear during matches, you can't get any response other than wait hours on their **** chat facility other than their scripted "we are sorry for current technical difficulties blah blah blah" when it's happenS ALL THE TIME. Dont use. Consistently not showing 'my bets' when you go to unsettled bets it doesnt show you the bet. They are a scam. Go to paddy power or bet fair. Dont use 365July 03, 2021
