I'm actually starting to think Bet365 are frauding people out of money, I don't bet a lot but funnily enough my bets dissappears when I know I have a bet that's up... Reporting them to the gambling commission, the app is unbearable and doesn't allow you to cash out... For example the racing Live streams are behind the live race so cash outs aren't live, your bets dissappear so you can't check on them, the app crashes all the time... Supposed to be the leading betting company in the UK.... I say they are a utter joke. This shower have went from the best on line bookmakers to a complete waste of space. I’ve been with this lot for 14 years but once my Euro 2021 bets are settled one way or the other I’m done with them. As many have said, there cash out system just seems to conveniently crash now at the worst times for punters. I have complained at least 3 times in the past 2 weeks about this only to be met with a stock unhelpful cut and paste response. Even worse, during the Spain Poland match I cashed out a bet, the site said the cash out was complete, but no money was added to my balance and the bet ran on (ending as a loser). I offered to prove to them that this had happened as I took a screenshot of the supposed successful ‘cash out’ but they just stopped replying to my messages. They conveniently remove the option to view your bets or cash them out, during the euro football matches, say it’s a technical issue when it’s obviously not, it was all working up until around 3pm then as soon as I put a bet on for the 5pm it gets removed again. Proper scammersJuly 03, 2021

On several occasions I've tried to cash out bets and because I couldn't I ended up losing my money because all of a sudden my bets and cash out disappears. And it always seems to happen just before a main sporting event. I wonder why? And also they cant be contacted.
