DISGRACEFUL! For all the quarter final Euro games they have taken my bets and every time about 15 mins before the game they say they have technical difficulties and I can’t view my bets OR CASH OUT AS THEY PROMISED! Straight after the game is finished they are always over their ‘technical difficulties’ and my bets are visible again.

app doesn't work properly. whenever there's an opportunity to cash out a bet, they disable it so they don't have to pay out. then as soon as the "risk" has finished they switch it back on, by which time you've lost. any attempt to ask what's happening is met by a standard copy/paste reply saying they're working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience. this isn't a recent thing, this has been happening since the europa league finals. we're talking about 6 months plus and it happens several times a day, every single day. it is most definitely NOT a technical fault. Worst betting sites, the sites itself is out of order for few months, the options they described in terms and conditions are not met. They have dismissed few options for me without explanation, My bets do not work 80% of the time in the last 2 months, they do not accept official stats from UEFA, instead of that they reffer to some stupid private faker web stat site.
