I had a football bet running, 2 up and waiting for Italy tonight. Cash out was available all day long and throughout the game. That was right up until Italy went 1 nil up. All of a sudden cash out is not there anymore, instead there's a message stating I have no bets of that kind. I'm absolutely disgusted with how these betting companies can just get away with doing this to punters. My bet wasn't for big money but that is not the point. The cash out option is supposed to give punters the option of making an informed decision about the sporting event they've bet on, these jokers just decide for you. The motto "when the fun stops, stop"is a sick joke, Bet365 doesn't let the fun start. My account will be closed and I'll go back to using the high street betting shops. I have been on this site for 8 years not once have I had a problem as long as your credentials are complete and correct it has the best security to protect your identity and they do the same thing for there own security and there is a phone number you can call if you do have a problem like for instance if you happen to get a new bank card number you have to speak to someone to update your bank info before you can withdraw this happened to me and took 5 minutes to fix. Great odds for sports betting, but they will take away the cash out that they offer if it's in their best interest. One step away from highway robbery. Their customer service if you call is absoloutely excellent. Their automated customer service is just an outsourced department that copy and pastes their terms and conditions whenever you raise questions. Contacted them in the live chat and they acknowledge the system error but couldn't help at all. Then requested to speak to someone of a higher authority. Even that person only said "We are sorry, we apologize..... but nothing can be done. " What the **** is this. Bet365 should be a website with Live stream on the bets. If there was an error with the system, and they acknowledge the problem, then they should be accountable for it. If there was -20 stars, i would have given them that. I wanted to experience online football betting and opened an account with bet365 and deposited £400 with an offer to match £100. Firstly, Winning or loosing on penalties is NOT considered a win or loose and I lost out to nearly £600 in winningsSecondly, They never gave the £100 joining credits as promisedI am much more confident in high street betting shops than online betting after this experience. I would say stay away from this company as they didn't keep up with their promises.
