If you win, they restrict and ban you. They only want losing accounts. They have an algorithm that denotes all accounts as a keep or bin. It's not a fair playing field by doing this as gambling in itself is a risk and nothing is a given. But jez, what an absolute joke of a company. July 12, 2021

This is the least user friendly and transparent app I have ever used. They don’t tell you the ins and outs of their bets, and then they don’t pay out. I bet on Italy winning over England in the Euros on ‘Overall results’ and they wouldn’t pay out, saying ‘penalties don’t count as overall results’. Common sense says otherwise, since you don’t give a description for your bets. Either way, I’ll never spend money with them again - and you shouldn’t either, they will just cheat any way they can to keep your money. July 12, 2021

Great user friendly app. Used for years. Treat you well unless you start really winning. It’s not a straight up fair bet with these guys. They are judge and jury on any disputes. Feel cheated and customer service is terrible. Off the bet fair I think as the name sounds appealingJuly 12, 2021

I placed some bet for euro 2020. It closed my account straight after without any notice. I only found out when tried to login on it and the stupid system keep telling me the details aren't. i went to their customer service, then they told my account has been closed because the trade team is no longer willing to accept my business. This is so interesting. They said they don't want my business, they took my money and closed my account, and that's what they said they don't want my money. THIS RUBBISH COMPANY IS A "FABULOUS" FRAUD. July 11, 2021

Just closed my account with BET 365 on severl occasions they have taken back money from my account due to their errors. Today was the last straw they paid me on a race which had 4places then decided to change to 3 places no explanation and take back the money from my account. Yes it has been infuriating lately with the so called system errors leaving everyone without a cashout option or even the ability to see their bets, but things seem to be back up and running again so hopefully was just a temporary blip. Overall I can't fault bet365, can't recall a negative experience I've had with them. The free bets they have given for England games (and the Italy v Spain game) during the euros is a fantastic gesture, all without having to spend a penny. No other sites have had similar offers that I'm aware of. I love the vast array of markets on offer on football games- free kicks, throw ins, team offsides etc, that many other bookmakers do not feature. However, it would be nice to see them expand the player shot on target market to feature players other than just the strikers, and also perhaps to be able to choose a player to score a header, have headed shots on target etc. The only other sport I bet on regularly is horse racing, and 365 always have best odds guaranteed on virtually every single race, and the each way extra feature is fantastic, paying up to 10 places on bigger races. Bet365 are the biggest and best around in my opinion, despite the odd technical problem, and will always be my go site for sports betting. July 10, 2021
