This is by far the worst gambling site I have every been on! I sign up all the way through the song and dance nonsense including downloading an authenticator my phone says I should not then I verify myself only to have a qr code come up ever 3 mins with a need for another scan. Each time saying your verified. Twice I lost out on a bet I would have won b/c I had to verify again...... interesting it never came up when I had a losing hand. Now I have to wait for these jokers to send me my money back. Never mind verifying me I do not verify this site as anything but god awfulMarch 28, 2023

This book gave me 365 in free bets from a 10$ deposit. was easy to sign up with not much hassle, has early payouts when up 10 points in games. I will continue to use this book.

Deserve a zero star. They never provide proper customer support. They do not honour their free giveaways… making it impossible to access the supposed offer. Worst of all it’s really funny that the banking information is perfectly fine and acceptable when spending money… but ALWAYS is an issue when trying to set up withdrawals. I just read many of the other negative reviews for the first time and must say I’m not surprised in the least. How are these people regulated and allowed to conduct business in CAN. This betting site has absolutely gone down in my opinion. My bets return when placing a bet changes once the bet as been struck. IE £5 16 fold football accumulator. 1st game early kickoff won. So they offerd me £2 cash out even though the the original bet cost 5£ also when I struck the bet it said 1400 pounds return. Looked the next time now it says it returns 827pound. Really poor cash out prices I've seen on here recently. Once this bet is clear I'm closing this account. Says to me that if I ever did mange to win big that they would take forever in a life to pay you out. March 26, 2023

Dirty company, on a global scale this company is big so to act like crooks boggles my mind, if they offer you promotions they expect your underlying loyalty meaning you must spend your money on there website and there's alone! gotta love it when they message you and say "we've noticed you've been playing lots recently" which I always play on bet365 it's nothing new? "we want you to know about the responsible gambling tools etc" but then totally remove the offers tab from me? why? because you care and you want to help me? absolute nonsense this company I'm telling you now is tapped into everyother company our information is being completely monitored every site we visit these companies know exactly what and how much we spend or what offers we accept from them and others that's the truth of the matter? bet365 is the only place I receive offers apart from Mr Q which it so happens to be I deposited £10 earlier today? I placed bets like I normally do over at bet365 then out of the ordinary Mr Q offered me some free spins on deposit using a code etc so I accepted that offer through my email, played on Mr Q lost the money but I will receive 10 free spins for the next 6 days, nothing major and that took about 1hour 30 minutes max? I then went back to bet365 and boom hit with a notice about responsible gambling? my entire offers were removed aswell? I've been a bet365 customer since 2014 clearly they see my actions basically trying to cheat or something with promotions? The timing is totally suspect! I'm down around £1,700 on bet365? I cannot recall 1 single time I've ever made any type of withdraw from any promotions from bet365? I cannot even remember having a balance over £10 for free using any promotion from them ever? this company are complete crooks the risk and reward is always against us the players and this company in live chats and by 3rd party spying on you come to the conclusion you are boosting or like cheating? you might ask well why are you even bothered about the promotions then? because its a nice gesture from them because like I said we are against it soon as we deposit so it's already a win for them so when they give us offers tjat to me is a mark of respect, it doesn't matter what or how big, it's just a good gesture? so to remove something like that from me I take very personal because its totally unjustified!
