After signing up today, depositing £10 to receive £30 bonus credit, I then received an email closing my account for absolutely no reason. Awful service. You get banned for winning. I've tried to message them asking why my account restricted. All you get traders decision. So I asked for what traders said you can't get hold of them. The worse online casino experience i've ever had! Didn't even get to start playing

Horrifying. After being a member of the site for over 15 years, BET365 decided they needed to verify my acct. They restricted my account from wagering. Also i have $300 in my acct that they also will not give me access to. It has been over two weeks now that they have suspended my acct and I am not able to withdraw my funds and move on. Everytime I ask, they say that they need time to verify and review my acct and that they will " update" me as soon as possible. Same answer every time. Absolute ****! Terrble business practices. With the Cheltenham gold cup looming I have to say that as a loyal customer to Bet365 I am really disappointed that there are no promotions or offers to current customers!
