Keep phoning up wanting me to send documents to see how much I have in the bank. I'm 60 years old I have a £400 a month limit and they are talking to me like I am 10. If I could give a zero rating I would. This casino has gone extremely downhill. The slots are dead spins after dead spins. Bonus spins pay out very little or if you get a decent bonus the machine shuts down and takes it all back. I don't know what happen this site was good at once upon a time. I am disappointed to see negative reviews of this company. The only complaint I have in years of betting is that they can be slowish to get odds up sometimes. Good customer service, though I have had to wait a while for live chat, when I was connected to an agent all problems were resolved to my satisfaction. I can't log in, my account is closed. When I contacted support they told me to try using another device and reboot my PC, i told the support that i don't need to do those i am IT-Support and i know that would just waste my time. Then the support asked if there is anything else he could help with, i said i have already tried to login from phone, then support customer said do everything in order, if those does not work then contact support again and we will escalate it. Then Support closed the chat without me being able to respond.
