This is a scam and fraud application. I gave them all my identity documents + an official paper showing my address and they told me to deposit some money in my bet365 account to confirm the verification. And when I did it, they told me that the documents I submitted were invalid And they told me that I could not withdraw my money from the application because I am not able to complete the verification process, so I was easily scammed. Ok, I am currently registered on 15 gambling sites and bet365 is the best sports betting site by far. They have the biggest selection of betting events, loads of live streams and everything works as it should. Money withdrawal is straightforward and it usually comes in bank account in couple hours. You always get a free bet here of 5 or 10 pounds which they don't give on other sites. Fantastic site all in all. My favourite. January 02, 2022

Every time I try to use the app it keeps buffering. I have very good broadband speed, so that isn't the issue. It is so frustrating, I end up using another like skybet. trash website. I bet a parlay that could cash out over a 1000$, when 90% of the parlay went through I wanted to cash out and they did not let me! I lost my money and the last leg of the parlay. If I could give them 0 stars I would they are literally crooks. I had 3 bets running over into the next day and had been offered a cash back on all of them the day before as the 4 games had all won. My bets ran into the next day and I had most of my other both teams to score already in……. one of my games never showed up live on my bet slip but it was playing on the night how convenient for them. I should have had 3 really decent offers of cash out as there was still 30 mins of the games left. So Bet365 is awesome for sports betting, probs the best out there, with super fast pay outs and the early pay out section on the football is brilliant. But I would like to talk about the responsible Gambling option that I think everyone should know. I set up a deposit limit as per every advert encourages you too, I had a deposit limit of £500 pound per week, I spent a lot on football and horses, but I noticed I never ever got a free bet, not once! All my friends are with bet 365, and they don't spend no where near as much as me and they are always getting free 5 pound bets! So I decided to question them about it today, I don't need free bets I have my own money but it felt a bit unfair and I asked if there was a block on my account. Well would you believe it... yes there was... because I have been sensible and put a deposit limit on my account like all there adverts, they told me it was not good practice for them to give me free bets as it would be encouraging me! What a load of Garbage! Bet365 what a false betting site you are, so you don't give free bets if we put a deposit limit on our account? but we do get free bets if we don't set up deposit limits... so surely you are punishing us if we set up deposit limits... but your advert is encouraging us too! I have just closed my account for 5 yrs! you have no problem with me being able to spend 2 grand a month, but I'm not eligible for a free bet! very poor company very very poor, I'm ashamed that you are a British based gambling company with this sort of policy.
