Set up an online account this morning and it was immediately restricted, which I didn’t understand. I contacted their live chat and they said they’d removed the restriction. I deposited funds to find out 2 hrs later I was restricted again. Live chat took ages before I was finally told that it was a ‘management decision’ to close my account. They can’t tell you why either, which is like being made to feel you’ve broken rules with no idea which rules or how. I’ve never bet before either, so it wasn’t as though I’m a known gambler with a bad record! They seem like they’re up to no good, it seems really dodgy and weird business, I’d avoid at all costs. I have been a long term customer 10+ years and then this year I started to do well and win quite regularly after this starting happening Bet365 quickly capped my account so I couldn't bet more then 0.10p at a time on a single bet, made me realise as soon as you beat them they will stop your action and only allow you to bet with them if you're losing consistantly. When I asked why they were doing this to me as I'm a long term customer they said they don't have to give a reason the decision was made by the trading team, Really rude I felt when I've used there service for so long just to not even explain to a long term customer. Contacted customer services when I could not log into my account. Apparently there was a "management review" of my account and the decision was made to close it. They offer no reason a say no dispute will reopen it (not really much point in having a complaints department). I do however feel quite privileged that the management allegedly spent precious time reviewing my account. I can only suspect they realised that after supplying me with £100 in free bets, I withdrew my deposited £100 and continued to gamble, win and withdraw modest amounts using their FREE money: ) Pathetic customer service, do not use this site! Odds are quite nice, but most horrible "support". Casino supports don't have very high expetations these days as they just wanna operate with minimum staff with small wages and try to make their bots to do most of "work". Then when some human contact you, only you ever receive is ready template emails which clearly show that person haven't even read your previous email, just chose template nearest to fit as reply to your case. Then when you finally think everything is sorted (supervisor confirmed via email that payment is made), almost week later they get back and inform that payment failed (because it was made to wrong place, whole issue was that couldn't use Skrill as it is closed but these guys processed funds there and these got returned to them) and they tell once again customer to sort out everything for them, if someone would have read email conversation, it would be really clear that they only would need to make payment again but instead they send weird requests to customer to verify different details without any reason and feels they just want to get rid off customer fast by sending stupid email and trust that it's not themselves but their colleague who will deal with it after next reply, horrible for customers and for sure not making better spirit at work either. all of a sudden your shut out of your account without giving you any reason, you contact the support and then you find out the meaning of useless support. also you can deposit El-chapo money without a problem in matter of seconds but good luck withdrawing any amount of any money. utterly rubbish, I do not recommend.
