I decided to use bet365 after getting my account back due to losing my password. So they took my bet and then closed my account before I get the new customer offers. The excuse they gave me was that they couldn't verify my ID. I used an international ID as I do for the last 17 years I live in Ireland, which has all my details in English. They never offered me an alternative solution.
