So yeah, just created an account today. Deposited and wagered on a footy acca. Tried to log in again and was directed to support. Shocking service, 2 agents were unable to locate and account. Tried a 3rd time, he was able to locate and told me that the account was perm closed for whatever reason. I asked and the response was, ‘I am unable to tell you why’. Then I asked for deposit to be refunded, gave details just to be hit with an immediate LCDC. Tried to speak with another agent on the 4th attempt, unable to locate an account (surprise, surprise) I just wanted to know if the got the details for a refund, “I’ll investigate this now for you” immediate LCDC. I placed a bet on the recently concluded Cricket World cup match between New Zealand vs Namibia - Twenty20 05/11/2021.. Rs10000 with a potential payout of 13.00. Eventually, the bet was won, the next day I get this message. "We have identified that this market contained an incorrect participant and as such. In accordance with OUR RULES, your selection has been made void. They have also accepted their mistake(Screenshot attached) because there was a failure in the live transmission. I guess when you make a Bet 365 bet you don't get to gamble or win unless it's by their rules. The customer support teams are ****. They just copied and pasted the template to me via live chat.
