I tried to login to my account the site kept on telling my password was not right. I tried to get the 6 digit by email it took ages to come through by that time after 20 minutes it was out of time. I tried this 5 or 6 times in the end I asked the chat line they were very busy I was 14 in the queue got down to 9 then it went off. I tried again and after some time I got through to a lady she asked me for all my details I was not impressed, I said to her I have emailed bet 365 to close my account I got a statuary mail back saying sorry. The person said that she can get someone to call me on the phone in 20 minutes that happened and I was talking to a very young girl who after listening to my problem said bet 365 is having problems issues she said. I was so annoyed I said why did Bet365 waste 3 hours of my time she said she was sorry I said can you just cancel my account please so she did what a day thanks to Bet365. They need investigation fined and shut down for good for running a bad useless company they can look at trust pilots reports. January 21, 2022

I did a bank transfer the casino denied for 4 days having this then they finally admitting to having it but decided to not credit my account to send it back to the bank or so they say.. No refund gone in my bank and the bank can't see it pending. With the casino telling lies saying i did not make the deposit for 4 days how am I meant to believe they sent the refund.. The casino been unhelpful and managers refused to talk to me and £500 gone missing they dont care or dealing with it. The bank asked me to ask them to put a trace on it but they have not done this and every time i go on chat it's a different agent keep having to go through the story. January 21, 2022

Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customer. Been using bet365 for over a year, done pretty average. Bet for fun really. I recently managed to get some nice wins of upwards of a 800+ and now they have restricted my account! I have absolutely no idea why and then refuse to give me any reason or rationale, I can't even appeal it... I can no longer cash out or even place bets higher then 50p! If I could give no stars I would, I opened up an account, verified my documents, woke up the following day, couldn't access my account, checked my email and I saw an email from them saying my account has been closed!
