If I could give less than 1 star I would! Signed up for Bet365 using their bet £10 get £50 offer. No later than 30 minutes after I signed up, I've been told my account has been closed. Bet365 could not give me a reason as to this, I had not won nor lost a penny with them. Avoid like the plague, companies like this delete accounts the second they think there is even the smallest chance of winning. Absolute scammers! April 09, 2022

They dont require email verification to setup an account so people can setup bet365 accounts using your email address. Also no limit on accounts per email address. Have had to phone up multiple times to close accounts setup fraudulently using my email address. General lack of security awareness compared to industry. April 09, 2022

Tried setting up a new account and it gave me an error and to contact them. Waited 45 minutes for live chat, got to first in the queue and it said chat ended and kicked me out, absolutely raging. Took a cash out last minutes on a goal scorer and bet 365 paid out originally but then said they had made a mistake and withdrew the offer and winnings! Not what you expect a betting company not paying out on a genuine cash out! Very disappointed. April 08, 2022

if I could give less then a star, id give it a -10. been with them for over 15 years, and now this site had gone to ****! no one cares on their end anymore. customer service is completely non existent anymore.... can't speak with anyone... I haven't received my withdrawal after over a week, and they keep telling me nothing. it's never taken me longer then 48 hours in the past to revieve money, now since this new switch over.... over a week, and 365 could care less about looking Into it. Chris w was my customer service rep and he said I can't talk to a supervisor but said he past on the message to them and they confirmed... whatever that means... supervisor name is " apparently " Phoebe.
