Disgusting conning company! My husband set up an account and placed £10 bet on the National. Was supposed to get the £50 worth of free bets. LIARSSpend £10 get £50 in free bets once your bet settles. The bet has settled yet no free bets have been allocated upon the settlement. Then an email follows stating my account is closed due to the "nature of my business" so what? Working for the NHS means I am not allowed to gamble? Absolutely disgusted with this company, they are a disgrace with their scams & false advertising, also blocking debit card payments so you have to use an alternative method which results in the need for extra ID which most customers won't have. Joined yesterday with the promise of bet credits for the Grand National following my deposit but as they would not accept my debit card after several attempts I was forced to pay with my debit card via Google Pay, as this was my payment method I was then informed I had to provide 2 extra forms of ID in addition to the driving licence I had already sent, most of the forms of ID you would only have if you were born outside of the UK so they make it impossible to receive the bet credits. Tried to rectify this with them this morning but they were not interested so I have reported Bet365 to Trading Standards. I don't think I was alone with these issues as when I tried to join the web chat last night there were almost 50 people ahead of me. April 09, 2022
