I signed up on the promotional offer of bet £10 and receive £50 in bet credit. I bet £15 on the Grand National and my account has been closed apparently due to the nature of my business. I can’t log in to see if I won on my bets and have lost the promotion which is the reason I signed up. Customer service is a joke. Awful company. Avoid. April 10, 2022

Disgusting service. Website crashed. Then when back up & running can't access my account through no fault of my own. Despite numerous attempts to resolve & obtain pass codes which don't work I tried the live chat service. Impossible to get through as you get kicked out when you get near the front of the queue. they had a lot of technical issues and somehow they make it seems like its the costumer fault. Somehow everything was shut and they stole people money.. (or as they claim technical issue happened therefore we hold the right keep your bets and see if we can make some profit by keeping settled as loss rather than lose any return from the bet ) to make up for the loss they had for the grand national. Opened an account to place a bet on the national (the one bet I do a year), as my ususal app wasn't playing ball. My horse won and I get an email saying they're closing my account? Can't get in to the site as it just pinwheels constantly.

I had free £5 bet on the football I did win but no settled Bet or money showing in my account... I will be deleted my account vile site on the slots and bingo never ever win.. hurry up and get closed down
