So I took the cash out amount I was offered from a football accumulator when a team scored to lead their match and improve the chances of the bet winning. Cash out approved and paid into my account but the goal was subsequently disallowed. This apparently means that bet365 can travel back in time and change their mind about the cash amount offered. Ray Winstone doesn't mention that in the advertisements. Don't bet with a company who can change their minds about paying out whenever it suits them and grab the money back. Absolutely disgraceful. Disgusted! with the worst service of any gambling site I’ve ever used. Took advantage of their £10 bet and receive £50 back. Bet £10 on the national lost it and didn’t receive the bonus. Have been a regular customer for over 4 years now with recent changes in Ontario and having access to more sports books these guys shut down my account after it was verified and they take forever to verify you again. Then I opened a new account deposit funds and they take forever to verify it still haven't. The online chat are of no help either. Scammed by Bet365I saw an online deal offering £50 free bet credit for a £10 stake. I opened the account, placed my bet and waited for the free credit. Instead, Bet365 closed my account claiming it was a "trading decision". A decision to trick customers into placing bets with them using a deal they have no intention of honouring? Disgusting behaviour from a major player in the industry. Avoid like the plague! April 11, 2022

I had the same experience as everyone else. Opened account for Grand National, but then they have closed my account due to the nature of my business! Apparently the decision cannot be changed and my account has been closed and I cannot use the £50 free bets I have in my account that were credited after signing up! Scam! April 10, 2022

Do not use this site! as all of the below customers I was in the same situation. They advertised £50 if you bet £10On the grand national and then they cancelled your account so you can’t retrieve the free bets. Then you can’t get hold of them. Unbelievable I have reported to trading standards as I was dissatisfied with everything regarding this company. I have never used an online betting service I definitely won’t be using again.
