Joined bet365 to bet on Grand national. Spent £30 but after race could not login to website. It says Details are unrecognised. Joined their support Live Chat and after explaining ny problems they just terminated the chat session and displayed the login screen. Tried this 6 times, each time waiting for approx 100 people in the queue. This is a very sloppy, unprofessional company you would do well to avoid. They are no better than scammers. April 10, 2022

Opened account with these for the National and as others have stated my account was closed due to the nature of my business? Bet £40 & won £214.40. Couldn't withdraw it? I signed up for £50 free bet after £10 stake. I am told - the same as everyone else. I have reported them to ASA (Advertising Standards Authority)I have also reported them to gambling commission. I wish for everyone who had same offer to do the same. April 10, 2022

Decided to put a bet on yesterday for the Grand National, baring in mind that I rarely ever put bets on and gamble. The website crashed during the race for a few hours, only to then be able to finally log onto my account as I had an 'Each Way' bet on the favourite who came in 2nd! and my bets to say I had lost. It may have only been a few quid back on top of my bets but it's the principle of Bet365 just taking Winnings.! AVOID AVOID AVOIDApril 10, 2022

Useless company! I opened a new account for the grand national they had a promotion for new customers. The promotion was to spend certain amount and put to bet it once your bet had been settled you qualify for their promotion. As soon as the my bets had finished. I received an email to to say my account is closed 'due to nature of your business' whatever that means it is clearly because they don't want to stick to the promotion. So false advertising, their website is useless anyway it crashed for hours yesterday. April 10, 2022

Terrible app and service. As others have reported, I set up account debiting £10 for national bets with promo for free bets once settled. System crashed, locked out of account and unable to reset. The worse betting site/app I have ever used. Don't get sucked into their promo offers as you will waste your time and money. April 10, 2022

Agree with everyone same happened to me, opened an account for the national to be told account closed due to the nature of my business, can’t speak to anyone to complain so did a live chat for Meg C to tell me that it still stands, asked what was the nature of my business This is the response Thank you for waiting there.
