False advertising at it’s bestTook the time to join bet365 to place a few bets on the grand national - I only gamble a few times a year and am a member of another online company, but bet365 where offering a free £50 bet when you bet £10 or more. My bet was 10 times this and was given the £50 free bet after the race when everything was settled. I then couldn’t use the free £50 free bet and was told my account had been closed due to the nature of my business….. I questioned this and was told that they no longer wanted me as a customer….. massive scam if they are doing this to everyone…. They have the worst customer service. everything is no and like a broken record they train their staff well the online chat takes to long and when you get to chat you get no were. They have no phone number they say due to covid. more lies as I watch the news and restrictions are lifted so pull the other one. it doesn't matter what your issue is they answer your questions with questions they antagonisise you hoping you will go away. fair enough the app is good and probably the easiest to use out of all the apps and odds on sports do be higher than others also. a wide range of overseas racing dogs horses ect and that's great. but customer service is potectic for that reason no stars at all... their games are fixed if your a first timer you might win to rope you in but if you win anything substantial as say 1000 or two next time you will win nothing they will make sure. They have bonus from time to time I won 100 spins I got 4 euro an insulting amount other times I got less than a euro for 50 free spins. definitely a money pit. I hope they get band be great to see some government with set of balls and ban these games and thease casinos that are used for laundering money. and ruin life's. I would stay away from this site as after having an account for years and putting in a far amount of money I tried logging in last week and wasn’t able to, I contacted them about it which I was asked to send my details from account which I sent and haven’t heard back from them for a week now. They obviously blocked my account with out contacting me before doing so which I find very disturbing and totally unprofessional with the way they have treated a customer of theirs so anyone thinking of joining this casino site then I’d suggest going some where else instead! I opened an account to bet on the horses. I deposited £15 made 3 bets but then got an email to say my account has been closed with no explanation at all! Today I was 15 in the queue to speak with online chat advisor. Finally got through to be told its a trading decision and they couldn't look Into my account further... then when questioned they proceeded to tell me my bets lost (although they told me earlier they couldn't look into my account)I then asked to make a complaint, I was told the superior was looking into it then all of a sudden the chat ended.... Well if my bets lost it doesn't matter. They closed the account before the races had even started.. therefore I had no chance to drop out of the bets and get some of money back should i have wanted too... Unfortunately I can't remember what bets I made... I have sent an email to them and If I don't get the results of my bets and my £15 back also I will be taking it much further. So my first ever account with 365 as I only bet once a year on the grand national. I bet on 4 long odds including the 50/1 winner this year each. 20 minutes before the race started I received an email telling me my account has been closed with zero explanation. Not only that after speaking to support, which took days to get threw too after the national was over, they told me they had no information as to why it was closed and 'rest assured the decsion is never taken lightly'. Like this is suppose to make me feel better after being robbed of my winnings? So not only did I lose any money I'd won, I lost the £50 free bet incentive after signing up, which was the main reason for choosing 365. Ill be claiming my £15 back via bank dispute, but this company is a complete joke that they can get away with closing an account which zero reason. Use another betting site guys! April 12, 2022
