My son who has leaning disability’s placed a bet on my phone by accident, a random one ( he uses my phone for his homework online ) he’s 14 years old, I contacted them soon as I noticed the money was gone ( it was my food money for the week ) only for them to close my account down and not refund me and honor a bet of a 14 year old, I waited in a queue for 2 hours ( no phone was working ) just to add the event wasn’t finished or anything, it wasn’t like I lost then contacted them! There liars! I contacted the police and explained the situation as I need the money for my newborn and they said they should refund me as they served a minor and the manager just basically laughed when I told him it was my food moneyMay 08, 2022

Placed 2 accumulators with bet365 and one of the teams was priced at 9/2. Checked the bet hours later and found they had changed the odds to a ridiculous 1/16. Contacted live chat and was told they can do that and it was in the terms and conditions. Well I always thought the bet stands at the price you put the bet on at. The guy I spoke to on live chat said he would have been really unhappy if it had happened to him. Guess others have experienced the same thing but want as many punters as possible to realise this that they can change odds even when it is their own fault. Stinks really.

Everyone should know about this scammers and the ways they operate. Cash out function. Is always disabled when u have a big amount. Today I had a a bet with 8 team 6 of them was already winning and I had 7/8 the bet. Then closed the cash out. I contacted support and they sent me the usual they send. Someone should close them.

Site, app or free bet builder will go down at certain times when something big is happening and then avoid all responsibility by hiding behind T&C's and refusing to compensate any customers affected. They say it won't happen again but then it will. People should report them to the gambling commission en mass. AVOID!

I feel sorry for the barely two stars I see, as far as I'm concerned bet365 is a top notch shop. They offer incredible value, I can claim with certitude, that just between Feb-4-2022 and today May-6-2022 I have put at risk more than 275 000.00 CAD with them, and can not complain of one single issue, except maybe the website not always responding, but that has been very exceptional. The point I want to bring, is that for an experienced bettor like me, this place feels very good and trustworthy, they have never missed a beat on my multiple payout requests, and have taken me out of trouble a few times by allowing me to cash out at the same value I got in (if odds have not changed).
