I deposited 21969rs on 11th june and money got deducted but betway said it has not received it then I contacted my bank and they said that it will take 3 days to deposit that amount and i got the heads up from bank on 13th evening that money has been credited in to the icici bank using upi. I contacted support they said it will take 15 days to gwt the money back to my account but still i Haven't received any response or money in my account. i have mailed as well. Username-shashankbhatt

I am very disappointed with this app, three times debited my amount, but not credit Betway account, last one month I tried to Betway management no use, still my amount not credit, so please don't use betway

I got a mail 10 days before that money will add to my gaming account. I am waiting for my deposit money which was stuck from one month. Everytime live chat is giving one statement that money will credit into your gaming account in few days. I want exact time now when my money is going to credit

I made a deposit 60000 INR on my account and the amount got deducted from my bank account. I contacted there customer support to get the money in my account and the support executive self excluded my account. Please do not use this website. This is the worst scenario. Firstly the agent was very rude I asked for the money and he self excluded my account. I have not received my money deducted till date and I cannot even contact them now on chat as the account is self excluded. I request betway to remove my self Exclusion or deposit the money back in my bank account..

I am very much disappointed by the service you provide it I think it’s my biggest mistake trusting on this website now it’s almost a month and I am connecting your service department each and every day to check the status of my refund and now it is the issue I deposited two transaction from UPI payment mode on 5th June and both the transaction got rejected and the amount got debited from account, When I first connected for a live chatting with your agent he told me you may get your amount within three business days then I waited for three days then I again I did not got amount and again I connected to your agent and the other agent told me it will take seven business days so again I waited for seven days and again I connected then other agent told me it will take 15 working days and the Saturday and sunday is not calculated on that so you have to wait more five days then again Now it’s almost a month each and every agent is giving me a wrong information which is a completely ridiculous and I don’t have trust on this website anymore and I am not going to recommend this I just wanted to check this is my last mail whether I get a reply from you guys or not I have sent you guys mails all the proof of transaction details statement and now your agent are telling that we have already forwarded this issue and we are not able to tell you the time period how much time it will take it may take one month to month year I don’t know how you guys are working after a month you guys are not able to solve a single issue I don’t know what kind of service you guys are providing this is unbelievable no words to write here about your service pathetic service ever ever I have seen in my whole life If you don’t want to return my money just tell me I will stop asking you guys but don’t trouble customers like this and you are chatting agents are fools they don’t know how to communicate with the customer and they don’t know each and everybody gives a wrong information User name syednadeem186

I made a withdrawal 11 days ago and still haven't received my funds. Betway claims they paid the funds to instadebit. Instadebit however definetly did not receive the funds. I've sent proof the funds were not received from my instadebit statement. Seems like a easy investigation to solve. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get my funds. The idea of online betting is the convenience and speed. Which is non existent with betway if you ever encounter a problem. Think about the amount of people in the past 10 days going thru the exact same thing as I'm going thru. Seems like a deliberate scam. Betway as of April 2021 went public, could they be robbing a certain percentage of their players to increase their stock value. I've emailed support, I've emailed the managers, I've been in the chat room every day for the past 9 days. Zero urgency on betways part, they simply don't care. Chat support is a waste of time. Betway has no phone number. Can't believe I didn't the signs earlier. Don't wait for something to happen. Find another sportsbook. The owner of Betway is some secret gangster. Google the owner of Betway. No one know who he is lmaooo

I did 10000 deposit yesterday until now it is not credited.. Amount debited from my account.. Betway irritating people in withdrawls and deposits.. Until now I did nt get any issue in deposits and withdrawls but my withdrawl not credited to me and my deposit also not credited to betway account..

I deposited 20,000 on April 1 and 12,000 on May 8. But this amount not yet credit to my betway account. But they debited from my bank account. I sent more than 20 mail with my bank statement but they are not responding. I chat with their customer care lot of time, but their are not responding properly. I think betway cheting their customers.
