I had an account for a few years with Bet365, during this time never had to speak to customer services really maybe once or twice, I went on a winning run for 2/3 weeks all was fine then on a Saturday I had 3 £10 football accumulators on with 20 mins left in the matches my 3 bets was paying over £1100 on cash out so I went to cash all of them out, I clicked cash out and a message came on screen my account was closed I phoned them straight away and asked what had happened all customer services would say your account is closed and he didn't know why. I then asked him to cash them out for me he said couldn't they will have to run to the end, I won 2 out the 3 bets and they did pay out but I still lost out on £400. I sent emails asking what I did wrong as it was really annoying me what I did, all they said was your account is closed. I emailed Denise Coates directly as I only wanted to know what I did wrong, I then got a phone call from a customer services guy who basically threatening me, how dare I try to contact her and who did I think I was, I wonder if she knows how ignorant and horrible her staff really are. Stay well away from this site

Disgraceful company, offer free bets then freeze your account if you win a couple of bets.. stay well away from them.

if I go to cash out it freezes, if I just look at my bets to see if I can cash out it freezes, if they have technical problems they obviously don't care about fixing them, went to cash out on a bet only a small one not even £50 wouldn't let me, I'm going elsewhere now sky, or Ladbrokes are better there's no way in the world these gambling sites are gonna go bust there always gonna make £millions but doesn't want even the little punters to be lucky funny how it doesn't freeze or break down when taking your money

Disgusting service been with them 15 years used to be able to speak to real operators on phone nothing now just a automated robot on live chat what wont answer any questions just gives you the betting rules site crashes when it's not going there way used to to be the best now the worst

Free bets for the Man City V Real Madrid match and when the score goes our way the site crashes and you can't cash out. The final whistle blows and within 5 seconds the site goes live again. Just a bit suspicious if you ask me.

Got a free £5 bet for the Man City and Real Madrid game. Put on a 3-2 and I could not get onto site as soon as the match started! I could not use my four digit code and then tried to change my password but still didn’t work. So I could never check if I had a cash out, for the minutes it was 3-2! Absolute rip offs. I will not use bet365 again!
