Please learn from my mistakes this TonyBet is the most misleading and dodgy betting firm out there I deposited nearly 4000 pounds and wanted to withdraw only my deposited money and suddenly they asked me for ID etc but whenever I send it they rejected it with pathetic excuses always putting in roadblocks so you don't withdraw the cash please avoid far superior sites exist offering much better services.

They suspended my account with small deposit without any explanation. Now they are asking for kyq verification, sent them different documents several times but they never accepted them. No any bonuses claimed or bets made, the account was just blocked. So for me it is obviously a scam betting site.

Do not go near them. I have been waiting a week for a £25 withdrawal. I have sent them numerous forms of I d. They even asked for a selfie holding my driving licence. They said they could not read them. My brother is in the police and I sent the same documents to him and he read them no problem. I also have got the gambling commission involved. My advice is stay well clear. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

this company is a sham, it took me forever to get my money back, they tried every trick in the book not to give me the money back. i sent them about 25 emails with methods of identity / card etc. They stated they could not read them or not valid etc etc etc. 1 and half months later i finally get my money, stay well clear as way too stressful.

Consumers are LEGALLY entitled to money which they have deposited in their account, to winnings they have made with the money they have deposited and gambled. And then finally... 5) Where an operator delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID being verified the operator may be in breach of the new licence conditions and then subject to regulatory action as a result.... I made Tony Bet aware of all of this in a formal complaint which I am currently at day 4 of 14 so still awaiting a response, however its of no surprise to me that my account has been suspended and I am unable to bet with them any further!

Previously had an account withTony bet, self excluded, as i had an issue and didnt want to use the site. I was able to open another account with the same credentials and deposit £800. When i queried this and requested a refund i was told it was not possible as they did not pick up the account. Although, on most major gambling sites, if credentials match, it will stop the account from opening. I got one reply via email, i emailed 3 further times with no response. I told them i would take the matter further for investigation, although surprisingly, they just ignored me again. So i am raising the case here for everyone too see and will be raising the issue with the UKGC also.

Avoid or close your account! Worst site ever! As other people have said make you jump through hoops for ID when requesting a withdrawal but will let you deposit no problem. Withdrawals take forever! Been waiting days and mine aren’t even processed. No phone number so can only talk to the passive aggressive staff through live chat. They disabled me using this service. In short if you win doubt you’ll ever receive the money.
