Can only echo previous comments. Deposits in in seconds, withdrawals are something else entirely. Chat staff (I spoke with Tory & Keenan) are less than helpful. Gave all Id requested, but keep asking for Id to complete withdrawal. Account has been disabled, so can only email or chat. Emails take days to be replied to, and are generic, making the same requests. Chat is pointless, say I will be contacted by relevant department. Will be closing as soon as withdrawal confirmed.
