I went on chat immediately and spoke to what may have been a robot and explained what had happened. The blame was on me and accused of doing it myself. I immediately bet another 200 on the same selection. The most unreasonable response I've ever had from a company when clearly a technical error on their website. I wouldn't go out of my way to pace a 200 bet, cash it out immediately to lose £30 and rebet would I? But no of course it was my fault. Absoulte joke.

Website looks ok. But restrictions to withdraw money unreasonable. Why would someone would need proof of deposit? Picture of a card? What? Don't even have a card. It's monzo digital card.

I won £234 and £42 they've told me to send id which I have done but its so hard to get in touch ijust deposited only £14 and now when I try to log onto tk their site it comes up forbidden I'm now ringing my bank up later today to report them but I feel I've done my money with them please choose an alternative betting site if reading this before you join these

Placed a few bets on horses, dont offer best odds guaranteed which is shame but went to withdraw money. They asked for ID which is normal, said it would take upto 72 hours and was completed within 24 hours. Money went into account the next day. No hassle, will bet again.

The literal worst. Opened an account and lost over 300. No issue there i lost it even if the site did have feeble pays. However never used the site in over a year and they decided to start charging me a 22 a month admin fee for NOT using the site.

Scammers.... should be shut down! 10x wagering before you get your bonus.... so wagered about 70% of it to then check the wagering to find out it was frozen from the start, how they have not already been shut down is beyond me.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... CON ARTISTS

Absolute conmen! Deposited £50 and won about £300, went to withdraw it and they said they couldn't because there was a problem with my bank card (yet it was fine when depositing) they have still not paid me and have now blocked my email address!

Absolute robbery an awful company i tried to withdraw and close my account total owing to me £131. No point of contact works, live chat, e-mail or phone how did they get licensed? I sent many chasers no reply, also sent by indiviual emails all the documents they requested prior to withdrawal. This company is a fraud and steals your money do not touch them

I tried to withdraw £100 and did not receive the money. Contacted them via the contact form and email several times, no response after a month. Attempted to call, after many attempts and hours of waiting got through. Was told that they needed photos of my bank card (fair enough). They hadn't requested this from me or responded to my emails because I had opted out of marketing emails. I reported them to the Gambling Commission who agreed that this was not the purpose of marketing permissions and told me they had been in touch with Tonybet to inform them of this. I contacted Tonybet again, quoting the Gambling Commission, to complain. Tonybet then denied that the marketing permissions scenario had ever happened and claimed they had emailed me, sending me a photoshopped image of an email. I asked them for an actual copy (e. g. to forward the email to me) and they said they would need me to complete an information request and post it to them, with copies of proof of ID and address. I didn't do this, I don't trust them with those documents. Frankly, I tend to think that negative reviews on Trustpilot are often unfair. In this case I had a good experience with Tonybet and their market leading odds, but I feel they have ultimately engaged in fraud and should not be trusted.

Deposited £200 and then they wouldn't let me bet with it asked for verification, sent it all never heard back and never gave me my money and kept the £200. Disgrace and need to be shut down.
