So i am still no closer to getting my winnings, numerous emails sent! And the same stupid reply back saying they have delays what delays of over a week is absolutely redicilous! I am losing hope in getting my winnings, disgusting from Tony bet! Use should be a shamed one thing for sure ill never ever play this site ever again, and people need to be warned.

Same as the rest won £1000 then decide they need proof of income sent it all in and 11 days later still no progress needs shutting down sham of a site and won’t pay out!

Same has others. This is a sham site. Closed my account as soon as i tried to withdraw and then requested for documents submitted all document its been over a week no communication from them. This is definitely some kind of scam sites needs to be reported.

I never like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I am experiencing exactly the same problems as the rest of you. Have been using the site with no issues whatsoever until now. Tried to withdraw £5000 from my winnings and told the account needed to be verified. Sent all relevant documentation and was asked to allow up to 72 hours.... that was over a week ago, no money, account suspended and no one will respond to a single email. The live chat facility is the only point of contact and all you get from that is the same generic response! Not helpful at al

I wouldn’t normally complain about a site tbh this casino seemed great I had some wins withdrawal was quick, provided all documents requested, however now they want another bank statement which was fine sent it off received an email saying thank you you should hear from us within 72 hours, it’s now been a week and am extremely frustrated it’s not like I’ve spent a lot on the casino about 2k. But they have now closed my account won’t give me an update after 3 emails and a live chat, other then it’s being looked at, if your struggling with your workload then you should at least update your customers, a simple hi we haven’t forgotten you but nothing terrible customer service

Absolutely disgusted in tony bet, i won £1620 over a week ago now and on the day of my withdrawal to then be asked to fill out a questionnaire and prove my income! Baring in mind when you open an account you have to provide i d proof of address and also income, this has all been done! Then again to be asked about my income again, all wage slips sent prove of bank and apparently they have a huge back log! but looking at these reviews the last couple of days looks like something is not right, i am now going to take this to all social media's to the papers & also getting in contact with the gambling commission! AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS. THEY WILL MAKE EVERY EXCUSE UP THAT THEY NEED MORE DOCUMENTS IT'S NOW BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NOT EVEN AN EMAIL REPLY BACK NO NOTHING! ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS.

I Won 20,217 and they asked me to provide documents which I did they done verification check and confirmed it was approved they paid out £2500 per day for 5 days and all of a sudden no more money came so I emailed them and asked where rest was and they now want me to let them know what time I have the toilet have my supper etc So supplied what they asked now they said I would receive update in 72 hours 10 days later I am chasing them daily and they are ignoring my emails I have Contacted Ibas, Gambling Commission, Trading Standards and still ignoring me I have £8217 outstanding AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS EVEEYONE CONTACT GAMBLING COMMISSION IMMEDIATELY AS THEY NEED TO HAVE THERE SITE SUSPENDED AS MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE BEING AFFECTED AS IT SOUNDS

I suppose your buisness is worth 15 million because you continue to steal from your customers. I mean im still waiting for £400 after nearly 3 weeks. They will tell you so much rubbish such as. It will take up to 72 hours.... well obviously thats completly untrue! Also you email you wont get a reply. N I swear the live is automated you just get told the same ****... wait 72 hours. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I have never came across such a bad provider disable your account and send the same email over and over again take your money and don’t pay out. Please avoid 16 days I have been waiting for my account to re open to access my money and still haven’t got anywhere if people are going through the same thing we need to complain together.
