This is the worst online betting company I've ever used. Require ridiculous amounts of info if you ever want to withdrawal your money including pictures of your bank card front and back from every angle in the world. Disgusting customer service. My situation is similar to Kieran's below. I deposited £2,000 and won £1,700. They emailed me requesting pictures of my debit card, my bank statement and ID, all of which I sent them within a few hours. They also blocked my account. They said that my account would be verified within 72 hours. However, over 4 days later, my account is still blocked and I cannot access my money. I emailed yesterday and they didn't reply. Kieran, do you, or any others want to get involved in taking legal action? I'm also thinking of contacting the Gambling Commission as well as a Member of Parliament as this company seems very dodgy. Apparently TonyBet are owned by Betsson, so perhaps we should contact them or include them in legal action?

So its now been 9 days since my deposits and still my account is blocked sent all info needed and all i get on email (if they reply) or chat is im sorry im sorry, they really is useless scammers Am now going through paypal to try help literally the worst site i have ever used in 10+ years!

I did leave good feedback to begin with however 3 days on after sending in my verification identification they requested I still have no access to my account and that means I’m still unable to withdraw my £1200 winnings. I am a legit player and have sent it all my documents so not sure why My account has been disabled. Staff have not really helped. I do not know what to do about this and think I’ll be seeking legal advice next. Username: thebest1998 Please look into my account tonybet. Asking for documents to be provided in order to process your withdrawals. Then moving the goal posts. The only person on live chat that was any help was Sven, the rest are like chocolate fire guards especially Nigel who is so rude. 1.4K withdrawal pending and no further forward. Do not use this platform to bet! I’m making a complaint and approaching the gambling commission if this isn’t resolved in a few days

So I’ve had my account for a while now, quite frankly I forgot I signed up but I love the layout of the site! I deposited around £200 yesterday and made a nice little win and took it out for withdrawal. The live chat are very fast and polite: ) I then remembered I needed to verify my account so I did everything and send in pictures of my card used, my linked PayPal ect... waiting to be verified and will update my review once I’ve been paid out, I’m sure the negative reviews are people who have lost money or are hiding something! Do not deal with this company. refused to send my money because they say my answers to questions where not full sentences! told me they would keep the cash. i asked why they sent previous winnings and got a b/s answer. the day before i asked if they offered bonuses, girl said shed put one on, didnt and said they dont do it! there is plenty of choice out there leave this company alone

Avoid at all costs, unless you are happy to keep depositing and never request a withdrawal. I have waited over a week for a withdrawal of £7.5K. Various live chats saying they were busy processing lots of payments, resulted in me contacting them again, threatening contact with The gambling commission. Got £2.5k after 6 days, balance of £5K still outstanding. They have had all my ID and proof of address earlier in the process. At 11pm they send me an email requesting my wage slip and bank statements. (They never do this when you are depositing, only when you are taking money back out). Still not resolved. I’ve contacted IBAS and my solicitor is now on the case. The gaming experience is faultless, but the service is shocking... P. S. Tonybet, don’t reply apologising for the experience, just pay out the money you owe as quick as you take it.

Never ever use this company! I had never heard of them till they appeared on my bank statement ten times on the 2nd June, Contacted them repeatedly and you get the same generic computer generated response time and time which isn’t even answering the questions you asked! Literally lost ten years of my life in stress dealing with them. P. s I am 33 years of age and this is the first negative review I have ever posted in my life, I’m normally the guy who if he gets terrible food in a restaurant instead of complaining puts it in a tissue for the dog and says it’s lovely
