Exactly the same issue. They finally replied after 2 weeks and asked for another tons of extra docs. It seems that I'll be waiting next 2 weeks for final ( response and have no clue what happens next. Seriously I think that someone should really take this company under radar.

Used to be a great site until they stopped me from playing to send wage slip etc which I did not heard anything over a week then appears a message I have to send wage slip which I already done the place is a complete joke I’ve now closed my account and took my previous four stars away

I opened an account, gave them all the ID they wanted, I deposited £500 of my money, then they disable the account, sent loads of e-mails which they just blank. The live chat is rubbish. TONYBET GIVE ME BACK MY £500!

Shocking, disbelief really! Tried to withdraw nearly two weeks ago! Still heard nothing despite sending numerous emails and supplying additional documentation. Wrote a review on hear last week out of pure desperation and low and behold they replied, apologising for my experience and ensuring they will deal with but currently have backlog. Still heard nothing at all despite more emails sent! At my wits end now, thanks a lot TonyBet

As many of you guys I'm very dissapointed customer. It's hard to described what actually happened. Maybe I was bit naive because I deposited much more but also won very good amount of money and I feel like I was a happy winner by one day literally. My account has been also disabled with no reasons and it seems that there is no views to get my money back. I don't know what happened there but it have to be something really serious because I used this side before and did not noticed any issues and I withdrawn my money succesfully for the very first time. The fact that gambling commision still let this site live is the biggest question ever. Hopefully we can solve all concerns if we will start to cooperate together.

Everyone here needs to contact Ugnius Šimelionis the CEO of Tony bet. They are absolute gangsters. I can't describe how incompetent they are. There is no customer service, no service standards. They need to be closed immediately. How is it legal for them to not give any sort of time frame to reactive disabled accounts. The 72 hours is simply a lie!

Cowboys. Stay away. They will not pay you out. They will make you wait for weeks and promise 72 hours. I literally don't understand how they are still allowed to operate. I encourage everyone here to go to trading standards, contact your local MP. Don't let them get away with this. Excuse after excuse.

I would give zero stars if available. I’m in the same boat as everyone else, had account locked for extra verification it’s been 9 days now and still no response. I have used this site for 6 months. Verified everything when I opened the account. I had a small win in comparison to others £300 but still waiting. Had anyone actually been verified and got their money.?
