i have enjoyed playing at leo vegas for a few months, withdrawals fine etc. however they now require verification wich is fine i thought! the problem being i send documents in 2 of wich verified but my paypal account wich ive sent several screenshots in has now taken me 4 days so far as they only reply after 24 hours, so every time its screenshot blurry can you take a screenshot on your laptop, sent that in with my email address, paypal logo and my details on show, so today another email after 24 hours we now require a screenshot of your transactions ive emailed that i will have to wait another 24 hours no doubt to find out thats not good enough, this is nearly a week now ive been trying to get verified so no doubt my withdrawals will be getting put back into my account for me to just waste then ill close my account! what an absolute joke of a process!

review on Leo Vegas online casino known for not paying out after they let you win abit a beginning. then you just spend more until they start giving runaround and making you send bank proof over and over until it's something they know bank won't give out. then they keep the whole balance of the casino account after that they'll lock you out and close it. beside that theyll slither into your bank account and make a bunch of withdrawels using fake company names that trace back to them.

they need to change the layout of the website, they need to change the customer care service, i closed my account due to this problem, i didnt agree with one particular bet, but leovegas didnt come with a solution to this, iwas content with at least my stake back, i dont recall what the bet exactly was, but the bet was correct, yet after a period now, leovegas doesnt even mail me back, to come up with a solution, so thats one loyal customer less, cause i spend really ²much money on there, customer is king? not ²@ leovegas!

So I've played Leo Vegas for over a year. Lost here and there. Not sure exact amount, but won very little. No restrictions or Loss Limits set per Leo Vegas Team.. I continued to play and won $240,000.00 playing Blackjack. Yes, they paid me out. But they also put a $1000.00 wager loss limit per month on account. Up until this point I truly enjoyed the casino. But now with the restrictions set in place, I give Leo Vegas a negative review. Yes, they will pay you out if you've won.. But just know you'll be done after getting paid out. They like losers, not winners. If I kept losing, no wager loss limit would have been set by them. They would have just continued to watch me lose and laugh. Take your business elsewhere!

This site is horrible, the amount of money I deposited and literally no return. If you want fair honest and somewhat fun with rewards I wouldn't play here. It's a "scam" I'm all for having a gamble and having fun however it's no fun when the site just chews through your money. Gamble in moderation have fun but don't play here.

My name is Asia Neil, I am writing this because I am 61 years of age and LeoVegas had locked my account because it was a "worry" I asked if the withdrawal limit can be increased on a one time basis. I was on this website for less than 8 days and won over $8k from $300. They refuse to give me my money and tell me to wait on "The Responsible Gaming" departments response. This has been going on since August 27th. I am writing this on the evening of September 19th now, and still the same responses.. Twice, over the last two weeks.. apparently it was being escalated, however, still no response from the first escalation 2 weeks ago.
