I have been playing Leovegas for some months now on Ontario site. Things were going well and I have actually won some money. Recently my winning and/or the way I play have triggered an Audit. It is described as an audit to deter money laundering from what I understand. I understand this but my issue now comes that they are not communicating with me. I have 18K on the account to withdraw or use and the ONLINE people don't give me any real answer. I ask if there is another department and they do not help me. I just want to know the length of time this is going to take and if an Audit affects my credit rating or what?

I've just closed my account today. Played this site for approx 18 months without any luck or success. I play on quite a few sites and play the same "go to" slots on them. I've found that even though the RTP is the same across all platforms the return seems extremely low when it comes to playing on this site, either that or it's just pure "bad luck".
