PaddyPower is holding my money hostage. I deposited 2000 euro into my account, and then they froze my account. I contacted customer service and they told me that they're worried about my gambling habits and that I'll have to speak with the responsible gambling team. This questionaire/interrogation process took over an hour to complete. I had to answer so many questions and whenever I gave an answer to a question, the agent took about five minutes to reply back each time, with another question. Then after all that waiting, they decided to enforce a 30 day break on my account. I told them no, that I want to withdraw my 2000 deposit first, that I don't feel comfortable letting it sit in a suspended account all month. They just told me that the break is for my own good and that I shouldn't have deposited 2000 if I didn't feel comfortable losing it. That infuriated me because I DIDN'T LOSE IT. It's my money, and I want it back. I even told them, that if they're so worried about my gambling habits, that they can permanently shut down my account, but let me withdraw my money first. They told me no, that money can't be withdrawn from a suspended account. Anyway, after the month break ended, I logged in and they still wouldn't let me withdraw. Made me endure another round of questioning, and now my account is suspended for another month. I just want my 2000 back, but they refuse to let me withdraw it. Now I have to wait another month, and the same thing will probably happen again. Trash scam website. They have no problem accepting deposits but suddenly worry when you try to withdraw.
