I’ve had a dreadful experience using PaddyPower and still even now they owe me money from over a month ago I was a new customer and when I complained about their service they closed my account saying it’s a business decision and I made a complaint through their customer service dept. Still nothing! These cowboys of the gambling world shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this…. I’m appalled that gambling sites like this are allowed to get away with behaviour like this… hopefully the gambling commission will read some of these reviews and act accordingly!

Great fun games to play. I enjoy playing the slots although I never win much. I like the daily spin wheel and beat the drop. They always have the best offers over Cheltenham week which is good as it makes you feel involved.

Beware of giving them your money. After a slingo malfunction (paid for extra spin, it told me there was an error and I needed to refresh. Money was taken, spin didn’t happen), I waited for almost an hour to get through on chat. I had the game ID number, but yet “it’s not our fault”. Asked to be put through to a technical department - “there’s only me that can resolve this”. Really? I asked for a refund of the £6.99 it had taken from that and another game, and was told I could have £5 game bonus. No, I’d like my money back please, since I didn’t cause the malfunction. The answer was no. So I have closed my accounts with PP, Betfair and Sky, and I spend a fair bit on gambling. All for the sake of a few quid and a complete lack of responsibility. Clever lads!

Thieves. Set up a sports betting account, fully verified (have the emails to prove it). They waited til I'd be going a few days then closed the account and refuse to give me access or refund my money. I don; t even know my total winnings.

I usually use paddy power because of its huge variety of promotion’s, but after today and what I’ve just witnessed, I’ll never touch this site again. I was playing a live wheel on their site, baring in mind, I had around 80p in bonus funds so I don’t mind in the slightest that I lost it. I’ll probably be called a liar by paddy power but I’ve just witnessed the host grab the wheel as it was zooming in for a close up, as if he was controlling it to land on the one. The next spin, it was about to land on a bonus and I was like “typical” because I had not placed a bet on a bonus that round. The connection went funny and it came back to it being on a one which was right next to the bonus, no pushing and pulling of the wheel. Just still as if it had been placed on the one. This wheel was pumping out ones for fun, so when the multiplier landed on 15x on landing on a 1, you beat believe it didn’t land on a one. I’ve always been sceptical about these live wheels but this has just put the nail in the coffin, I wish I would have recorded it for the nay sayers.
